We understand that it’s hard to remember to check whether your backup is working, so our systems are set to tell us when your backup has failed.
Annual Maintenance to Improve Speed:
Once a year we will attend onsite and clean and check all of your computers’ hardware and software. We recommend this maintenance to be monthly, but if you can't offord that, then at least the [economy] Plan ensures it gets done annually.
