Prior to that he worked in various sales, technical and business administration contracting roles. In 2003 he completed studies in business to become a Certified Developer of Enterprise. In 2008 he was a finalist in the Business News Publications Young Entrepreneur Awards and has been involved in peer mentoring for other young entreprenuers. Chris runs the Ashmore (Gold Coast) IT Leaders Branch. Chris has technical qualifications and many years account management experience looking after purchasing, projects and IT management assistance of medium and large enterprises. His advanced product knowledge and project management skills gives him the ability to recommend the right solution every time, and oversee his technical team to deliver results on time and on budget.
Chris also provides reporting feedback and strategic analysis for many of our clients under the DRIVE IT Management Plans,

Rob has worked in the Information Technology industry within Australia for the past 15 years. His experience encompasses a broad range of positions including Technical Support Specialist for a client base of over 5000 users, Systems Administrator in a global corporate network environment, and Project Manager for a large scale industrial computing business.
Rob holds a Bachelor of Information Technology and a Bachelor of Electronic Engineering from Queensland University of Technology, as well as being a fully qualified Microsoft Certified System Engineer. He manages the Brisbane office and is also the reporting and strategy contact for several of our key clients in Brisbane, including ASX 200 listed Linc Energy.
Joe Krajewski - Procurement and Logistics Manager
Joe has been weaving his magic at IT Leaders since 2005 and has built a reputation as a super reliable and no-nonsense quiet achiever. No matter how many huge client projects and regular purchases are happening simultaneously, Joe always manages to get all required equipment to us, on time and on budget.

Mark is one of our Top Gun engineers who in 2008 was promoted into a management position to oversee the majority of our technical work. He has 10 years IT and team management experience and we are pretty confident there is not another human being alive who can work with greater speed and precision on SME networks and servers. This efficiency and dedication is a great influence for our more junior team members.
Mark is also the resident expert in implementation and improvements of our client network monitoring systems.

Matthew started out in IT providing technical support to the private sector in 1998. From there he moved to the database industry developing databases for the mining and agricultural industries. A move to the Gold Coast prompted a change in career and so he mastered the role of Systems Administrator for one of Australia's largest franchises, supporting both the head office and over 200 franchisees.
Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to get back to core IT, Matthew joined the IT Leaders team in 2006 where his experience in the Accounting industry has enabled him to contribute highly to our growing number of Accounting professional clients. "Working in the trenches of IT lets me get my hands dirty with the kinds of challenges I relish"
Since then Matthew has been involved in serving both small business clients and, more recently, being opint man for some of our larger project clients like FKP and The Eastern Pipeline Alliance.
Harmony Hayler - Administration Manager & Web Projects Manager
Harmony is our website specialist, and can recommend and implement an effective web and e-marketing solution for any sized business. She has been trained in website optimisation techniques, and assists our clients with implementing low cost web-based marketing tools to obtain more profit in their businesses.
Aside from helping our website clients to generate more sales for themselves, she also protects our revenue by running a very tight ship with our debtor and creditor systems. She contacts clients immediately if their accounts become overdue and expertly manages all aspects of our credit control.
Steve Hughes - Support Team Engineer

Steve brings with him many years of grass-roots IT support and a wide array of remote support experience from both multi-national IT firms and the small business sector. His observations continue to tweak and improve our Support Desk efficiency. His experiences him a range of skills with applications and Operating Systems support & configuration, and also a very sharp diagnostics ability for LAN and WAN problems.
Steve actions client's issues with a sense of urgency, and expertly manages the escalated requests of many of our 5-20 staff business clients including The Executive Alliance, Joe Walsh & Associates, and Mckern & Associates.

Steve Peters came down from Rockhampton to join our team in May 2007, where he previously worked in an IT role supporting SME businesses and several remote offices of multinational organisations.
Steve is qualified in business information systems and has spent several years mastering common Microsoft softwares. Clients love Steve's friendly and calm nature, and it amazes us how he never looks stressed, balancing the pressures of managing very different client environments with ease. Steve manages both remote and onsite work with many of our 5-20 staff Gold Coast business clients, including Gold Coast Business News and Pacific Optics.

Chris joined us in January 2008, from Auckland New Zealand. He brought with him a wealth of experience in supporting larger organisations and large server environments, having worked for one of New Zealand's largest technology companies.
We have found Chris to be particularly skilled at security analysis and designing and deploying complex server & network platform solutions, and so we created him a role in this area. Chris is also skilled in other emerging software technologies like Server Virtualisation and Microsoft Sharepoint Server. Chris has recently assisted with infrastructure developments for the likes of Linc Energy, WideSpan Sheds, National Security Group and AMX Australia
Todd Kendrick - Support Team Technician
Todd came from a background of Senior Help Desk in household name entertainment & internet services company. He outgrew the role and wanted to get involved with a quality organisation that could offer new challenges.
Todd has a thorough framework of PC & LAN knowledge with a rapidly growing skillset in other areas. He is often the first line of contact for clients calling our Support Team for assistance and has become highly respected by our clients over the past months for his can-do attitude and accurate advice.

Joining the team in the 2008-09 financial year, Garrick was a Network Administrator for a creative development agency in SE QLD. He has a broad cross section of skills, completing large numbers of our service tickets one day, and playing the lead role in a cabling project the next day. Garrick is also a fast learner and has a hunger for new knowledge and skills.
